Electronic Arts kicks off its second college football game for the PlayStation with all-new 3D polygon graphics, support for the analog controller, on-demand play diagrams and the option to design your own plays. Returning to campus are all 112 Division I-A teams (with updated rosters reflecting the 1998 season), the Dynasty Mode (with expanded recruiting), the ability to create or edit players and names, and over sixty fight songs and chants to heighten the atmosphere.
